She Be The Change, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation. That single fact settles most of the questions an institution asks first — how gifts are treated, what an investment would be, what the law calls a grant to it, and what this website is allowed to say. The rest of this page is the plainest version of the answer we can write.
What it is
- A company. It sells things, takes investment, and is taxed like any other Delaware corporation.
- A network that records what its members actually did, with the source and date attached to each record.
- Aligned with the seventeen UN Sustainable Development Goals as a framework for what counts as progress.
What it is not
- Not a 501(c)(3). It is not tax-exempt, and a contribution to it is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.
- The United Nations has not endorsed this company, is not affiliated with it, and has not authorised it to speak or act for the UN. Alignment with the seventeen goals is not a relationship with the institution that wrote them.
- Not an operating factory. No manufacturing line exists today, and none is claimed.
- Not offering securities on this website. No price, no terms, no minimum appears anywhere on it.

Each card below carries the same status vocabulary the rest of the site uses, and it is applied to ourselves before it is applied to anyone else. A card marked built is something you can use on this site today. A card marked otherwise is work in progress, and says what is missing.

The evidence ledger
Every public record moves through draft, reviewed and verified, and keeps an audit trail that cannot be edited after the fact. A record states its source, its date and its status on its face, so a reader can tell the difference between something checked and something hoped for.

The Unity Ball
A ball made properly, carrying a record of the programme it belongs to. The design work is live and the artwork is the client's own. No manufacturing partner has signed, so nothing here describes a product anyone can buy.

A ministry, a federation or a school district putting a programme into a place, with the delivery recorded as it happens rather than reconstructed afterwards. No host site has been signed.

Auditors willing to put their names against records they did not write. The panel is being constituted; no auditor has yet agreed to serve, and the ledger says so wherever it matters.
02 — Who we name
Nobody is named here

A logo wall is the cheapest claim a company can make
An organisation that asked a question through an intake form has not agreed to appear on a website, and a partnership in discussion is not a partnership. So an organisation is named on this page only when three things are true at once: it approved being named, a person there is recorded as having approved it, and the date of that approval is on file.
The database refuses the shortcut
schema/006_partners.sql stores consent as a flag that cannot be raised without
the person who gave it and the date they gave it — a constraint, not a convention in a
handler nobody reads. An organisation under an NDA cannot be marked publicly nameable at
all. The same three rules are enforced a second time in the generator that writes this page,
because a logo pasted straight into the markup never touches the database.
No partnerships are claimed. She Be The Change has no signed manufacturing, distribution, host or verification partner today, and this section stays empty until one exists and agrees to be named.
